All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

We proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders.

There are no minimum purchase requirements for free shipping.

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery times listed above, we also provide a 20-day delivery guarantee (excluding our standard 2–5 business day processing time).

If your order has not arrived within the guaranteed delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you.

Please note that certain products or destinations may be unavailable due to shipping restrictions or local regulations.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email whenever tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipment has been dispatched.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Comfort Bunion is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
