Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Inspection of Returned Items
